CLUSTER JOINT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
The unit is the driving-force behind the Cluster, and manages its activities jointly with the Managing Directors of the member firms.
The unit concentrates largely on coordinating the Cluster's activities, ensuring a high level of quality and adherence to agreed deadlines in the implementation of tasks, as well as coordinating larger joint projects. Leadership of scientific part of certain projects is outsourced to specialists in the particular fields of the projects.
